1 - Delhi top 47 hospitals ALSO (apart from extending medical treatment concessions (15 % to 30 %) for NE people working in private sectors, students, advocates, journalists) AGREED to extend medical concessions even to people of 8 NE states coming to Delhi, NCR for any medical treatments.
