BREAKING: Plane Carrying Brazil's Chapecoense Football Team Has Reportedly Crashed in Colombia

A plane carrying the Brazil's Chapecoense football team has reportedly crashed in Colombia. It was reportedly carrying 72 passengers.

Brazil's Chapecoense football team had reached the final of Copa Sudaamericana 2016 and the team was on their way to the finals.

The plane crashed due to lack of fuel at around 10:15pm local time in Cerro Gordo in the municipality of La Union, according to Mi Oriente a local site.

At least 10 people have been injured and are being evacuated from the scene, the commander of La Union fire department said, according to the local media.

According to reports, a state of emergency has been declared in the region to trace the passengers.
